Requirement for Health Information and Prescription

Because the CES Ultra Kit is considered a medical device, we require all customers who purchase the product to obtain a prescription from a licensed healthcare professional. In order to purchase the CES Ultra Kit, you will need a prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. In the checkout process on this website, you will be asked to answer several questions regarding your health. Based on your answers, our staff doctor will generate a prescription for you, or may decide that, based on your health situation, that you are not eligible for a prescription. In the case that you are not eligible, the checkout/transaction process will not be completed and your credit card will not be charged.

Insurance Claims

If you want to submit a claim to your medical insurance provider to reimburse all or part of the cost of the CES Ultra device, please contact us and we will send a written prescription form.  Ending Long COVID can make no claims regarding your insurance policy’s terms or your insurance carrier’s likelihood to pay for any part of your claim.


All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL. In the event an item is damaged in shipping or is not in working order when it arrives, please retain all original packing materials and notify Ending Long COVID immediately in order to process an exchange.

Returns or Exchanges

For any item damaged in shipping, Ending Long COVID will help as much as possible in damage claim filed with carrier.

One Year Manufacturing Defects Warranty

Manufacturing defects claimed under the manufacturer’s one year warranty must be approved by Ending Long COVID. Please call Ending Long COVID for approval and to obtain the address we use specifically for returns at 1-833-497-3223. Ending Long COVID’s one year manufacturing defects warranty covers only the CES Ultra control box. Accessories do not fall under warranty and can be re-ordered on this website.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Every purchase of the CES Ultra carries a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you wish to return your CES Ultra within 60 days of purchase, Ending Long COVID will refund the full purchase price of the product, less shipping costs. There are no hidden charges or restocking fees. To arrange your return, please call 1-833-497-3223 to obtain the return authorization address. On the inside of the return package, please include the original invoice number, your name, address, and any e-mail correspondence paperwork.


We may at times experience a backlog of orders. If this is the case, you will be notified within 24 hours of your order that the item is back ordered, and you will be given an estimated time of shipment.
